All exclusive BIBA stores within Delhi NCR and Mumbai are part of the program. Online orders made on Biba.in are not part of the program currently and neither point accrual or point redemption will happen for such orders.
There is no membership fee to join BFF loyalty program.

Members will earn loyalty points for every purchase.

  • Classic tier (Annual Spends < ₹7,499, customer will be awarded 1 point

for every ₹100 spent)

  • Silver tier (Annual Spends between ₹7,500 to ₹24,999, customer will

be awarded 2 points for every ₹100 spent)

  • Gold tier (Annual Spends between ₹25,000 to ₹49,999, customer will

be awarded 4 points for every ₹100 spent)

  • Platinum tier (Annual Spends < ₹50,000, customer will be awarded 6

points for every ₹100 spent)

You can redeem points only on purchase of products. However, we will be adding additional benefits and experiential rewards very soon to the program.

Note that minimum 50 points can be redeemed in a bill and there is no cap on maximum redemption.

The Biba Fashion Family Program requires you to have one unique registered mobile number to identify your account. Whenever you shop at Biba please quote the same registered number for the system to credit points to the correct account.
Please ask the cashier to update your details at the time of billing of your next purchase at Biba store.

The point balance and current tier can be checked in POS at the time of billing.
